Player Moderators
Jagex Customer Service indicated that I was misleading people with my rant post about their Customer Service staff..
Not intentionally.. I can assure you..
I will clarify what I have learnt.
Jagex Customer Service are paid employees
Player Moderators are not.
That should fix it..

my account was locked recently because it was hacked i tired to unlock it with recover locked account on runescape and ive waited 1 week and sill havent got it back can you help me get it back or find out the jagex contact number to call them directly and tell them my problem. i just made it a member and i dont want to waste my money on an account i cant evan use and i dont wont to miss out on the christmas event
